Riders Republic launches on Nintendo Switch 2 on December 9, 2026. Ubisoft also announced an offline play feature that will let players keep their progression without an internet connection.

The announcements came during the game's fifth-anniversary livestream on October 20 and are detailed in Ubisoft's anniversary post. The Switch 2 release date does not establish when offline play will arrive, and the post does not specify which platforms will receive it.

Riders Republic combines cycling, skiing, snowboarding and wingsuit sports in an open world. Its Steam listing describes a landscape drawn from US national parks, including Yosemite, Zion and Bryce Canyon, with races, trick competitions and free-roaming rides.

Ubisoft says the game is now Steam Deck Certified, adding another handheld option alongside the upcoming Switch 2 version. The announcement does not give a Switch 2 price or performance details.

Four new sports for Year 6

The Concrete x Powder Pack will introduce Snowscoot, Snowbike, Supermoto and Inline Skates over the course of Year 6. Ubisoft has not supplied individual release dates or a price for the pack in this post.

A new Event List option is also planned to make events easier to browse and find. Like offline play, it has no release date in the announcement.

The anniversary celebrations are already underway: an in-game Henri PFR concert runs from October 22 to November 4, while anniversary-week rewards include gear and outfits inspired by Ubisoft franchises.
