No Man's Sky's Forsaken update lets players warp to nearby star systems without opening the Galaxy Map, while new courier contracts give corvette owners delivery work at deep-space outposts. Update 7.10 arrives on October 28 alongside the game's announced iPhone and iPad launch, with Halloween salvage bringing a separate set of rewards and hazards.
Hello Games' patch notes explain how its “seamless warping” works: nearby systems appear as bright stars that can be targeted directly from space. An interstellar mission destination also gets an icon on its star, so players can identify where to head without switching to the map.
The courier missions have an equipment requirement. Travellers need a corvette and a Gravitino Coil before they can accept package deliveries from deep-space outposts. Forsaken also improves guidance for scavenging materials from hulks and asteroid belts, and lets players upload orbital bases for other travellers to visit.

Salvage for sinister ship parts
Forsaken traders exchange new haunting mementos for biomechanical corvette modules, including cockpits, habitation sections and hull structures. Those samples turn up at infested outposts, derelict freighters, deep-space hulks and planetary digsites. Collecting them attracts hostile boundary horrors, adding a risk to the hunt.
The traders also offer a Larva Cannon Multi-Tool in exchange for preserved grubs. Dedicated collectors can earn the Larva Tank helmet and Mind Harvester title. Hello Games' update page does not give an end date for this content.
Other changes reach beyond the Halloween additions. A radial selector lets players choose Multi-Tool weapons and utilities without cycling through every mode, while a minimal HUD setting reduces compass, hazard-protection and mission-notification clutter.
The update also reaches PC, Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2 and VR players.
Mobile arrives with limits
Forsaken accompanies the previously announced iPhone and iPad release. Hello Games says the space exploration and survival game is now available on iOS, although the US App Store listing still shows an expected October 29 date at the time of writing.
The listing offers the opening portion free, with a one-time $19.99 full-game unlock in the US. It lists a 3.8GB download and requires iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 with an A12 Bionic chip or later. Hello Games names iPhone 11 and third-generation iPad Air or newer as its supported baseline.
Despite including more than 40 major updates, the mobile version does not support multiplayer. Hello Games' mobile announcement also limits Planetary Settlements to iPhone 15 Pro and above, without specifying an equivalent iPad requirement. Touch controls have been rebuilt, controllers are supported and iPad players can use a mouse and keyboard.
